Pros: The case is a nice color.

Cons: Prints streaks on page. Has problems with envelopes and Macs. Too big and bulky too!

Summary: I gave this thing the old college try and finally dumped it for a Xerox 8500. Wow was this junk. Dell offers no updated Mac drivers, yet advertises it's mac compatible - though I used it with a PC too. Envelope printing was a drag if not impossible. No matter how many new toner cartridges or drums, it always eventually started adding unwanted streaks and three tiny color dots to the printed page. Frustrating if you want to print something that looks professional! To their credit, Dell replaced it but I sold the replacement without even opening the box. The last thing I wanted was another one! It's WAY TOO BIG AND BULKY TOO!
