Fastest Printer we tested for the price
Pros: Fast! Configuration, add ons, driver
Cons: Dell only toner provider, large
I looked at a LOT of printers for us. We are a shipping warehouse that does 600 orders a day. That means we print A LOT. This printer allows us to spit out the order tickets and invoices with amazing speed.
Additionally, I have been able to configure the 3 trays to use different types of paper, and different color invoices for multi-part invoices.
This thing is great for us. The only down side I have seen is that the toner is only avaialable via Dell.
I have called support several times, and they were quick, knowledgeable, and responsive. Any parts were shipped next day, no cost. If you do not buy the warenty on DELL equipment, you are not buying the full value of DELL.

Cons: dell support doenst know how to support
1) Took too long to respond
2) Wanted to sell me 2 parts that would cost me about $100 less then the cost of the original printer.

HP's is better
Pros: It's cheap.
Cons: It's noisy compare the HP personal laserjet. It come with limited features. Dell customer service hold me on the line for more than an hour without find a right department to talk to. Return it and get a better one!

Prints curled pages!
Pros: Crisp clean print must as all in this class of printer. Good printer for internal usage.
Cons: We had a free one from Dell from other purchases and it sat next to some HP's. All of the pages that came out were curled quite a bit after printing. The same paper in the HP's printed without curling. Not good for presentation to anyone outside of the of
