Can have major problems with DC controller. It seems like a reoccurring problem, and probably a manufacture defect with the board.

Works well when it works, but this printer has a problems with it's DC controller going bad, and resulting in print quality problems. Also has a problem with the Firmware having to be re-downloaded. Several technicians told me to re-flash the firmware if the print quality problem persisted, and it was told to me in a sequence of possible solutions. It wasn't an afterthought, so this is probably a problem that has reoccurred as well.
