Cartridges that come with printer are only HALF full - not regular cartridges.

During install printer kept displaying error to remove the "shipping lock from the cyan cartridge" but that cartridge had already been removed just like the other 3 cartridges. Worked with HP online for quite a while and they eventually said to take it in for servicing or call and they would ship me another one in "like-new condition". Are you kidding??? I just bought it brand new and they want me to exchange it for a refurbished one??? NO THANKS.
I've used HP printers (happily) for 15 years but this was a huge disappointment. Going to look for another option.
