    Pros: Working until you have any small problem.

    Cons: - When having any problem, you are doomed.
    - And you still have to pay astronomical price for cartridges.

    Summary: There are many good functional printers with good tech support. But not this one.

    1 year warrenty and tech support from India terrible! I hate it also.
    I agree comparing Lexmark with HP is just wrong. Lexmark is so far ahead of hp it’s crazy to put hp in the same article LM. I have 3 hp's and 2 Lexmark’s, can't wait for hp's to break down so I can get rid of them. HP’s 1 year service, phone support from India, is useless.
