HP LaserJet 2420d

Pros: High quality, fast, reliable

Cons: None for me

Summary: I run a small business and have used the HP LaserJet 2420d for two years. I've had absolutely no problems with it. The print quality is excellent, it's fast, the toner cartridge lasts a very long time. This printer has been perfectly reliable over two years of daily use.

IMHO, there are so many bad reviews for printers here on CNET, because those people who encounter problems with their printers are much more likely to post a review. On the other hand, people for whom the product worked perfectly don't necessarily feel compelled to post their positive rating. IMHO there may have been a thousand satisfied users for every 1 user who encountered a problem, but only the person who encountered a problem posted their low rating. So, the user ratings quite likely get skewed.
