"This is a piece of junk!!! totally worthless!!!"
Pros: Absolutely NONE
Cons: Everything on this printer is horribly wrong! First of all the driver cd accompanying the printer doesn't work and gives error.
Summary: This crap doesn't print big pdf files, gives error after printing 1st page. when computer is hibernated and restarted it says usb device malfunctuned. if you don't print anything for a few minutes, printer has to be restarted in order to print any document otherwise it gives print error.
I don't even know why they included the disc. It has PCL5 driver while HP website has both PCL5 and PCL6 without help.
i'm glad i didn't paid it out of my pocket...

Unfortunately, you are right. This happens to thousands and HP wont admit faults in their products. After sales service is even worse than the products.
