Pros: fast, easy, pretty...

Cons: PCL is limited unless PCL6, locks up after so many days.

Summary: I purchased 8 of these for different departments in the hospital, since we don't print a great deal. Unless you are using PCL 6 your fonts are limited. the GENERIC pcl has a limited range of fonts. our unix server is our printer server and crystal reports don't work. You will have to update all of your forms.

Also, i read somewhere that this printer doesn't use its memory very efficiently. I shrugged it off and purchased them anyway. about every couple of weeks (on a Monday) i start getting calls that they can't print. I restart the printers and everything is fine.
