"the menu from hell and software worse than windows 95"
Pros: it does print
Cons: this whole printer is a 'con'
Summary: this printer eats color carts for breakfast - if you want to spend alot of money on ink and waste alot of time trying to make sense of their nonsensical customer support then this printer is for yu
i bought the C530dn after much and thorough research - or so i thought - but it turns out (according to tech support via email) the black function also uses color carts (??) and and burns thru them in a couple of months i might add
then i discovered that they have no phone based customer support - and i mean zero _you email somebody in bombay and they then give you a long list of convoluted procedures that ends up with the print carts all over the floor and a disabled printer - totally evil
i can't understand in the first place why the printer would be using color carts to print black (??) but that's what customer support said - i'm thoroughly disgusted with this printer - although it seems to print ok it's problematic as heck - i would return it if i could and buy an HP
