"Works great as advertised"
Pros: Easy network install, fast b/w and color, photos bright and true
Cons: Sounds like a 19th Century steam engine warming up
Summary: I boubht the 3200n when I was having 300 color copies of a real estate flier made at Staples, and realized that one run could pay for more than half the cost of the printer. After it arrived, I hesitated to open it, as the HP had just gone on sale for the same $299. After reading the review on the HP, which didn't like the speeed and the color, I opened the Oki box and installed the printer onto my wireless network in a hour. Eureka, I hit print, the printer clanked through warm up, and then it began spitting out pages with gorgeous color and solid b/w. This works!
