"A fantastic printer!"
Pros: Color, quality, and price are unbelievable. High gloss finish on paper, networkable.
Cons: Big footprint. Not the most stylish looking printer
Summary: I bought this printer for my Real Estate business and I couldn't be happier. I chose it over comparably priced printers from HP and Konica. The OKI 3200 is different from these printers in that technically it is not a color "laser" printer. Instead it uses LED technology in lieu of a laser beam. No matter -- This printer is hands down one of the best performers and best values out there.
The best way to see this is to try it yourself. Not only does this printer put out beautiful color, it puts a fantastic high gloss sheen on the paper. Compare it head to head with any other printer in the store, and see for yourself.
It is longer than some of the more compact color laser printers, but it did fit on the standard 18" countertop in my office. It's also arguably not the most attractive and high-tech looking piece of equipment (would love to see OKI use dark gray or black instead of putty color) Nevertheless it performs wonderfully and is highly recommended.
Last item. The first printer I bought (new in box) had the color cartridges unwrapped. I installed them but the print quality was horrible. I returned the entire unit to Staples and they gave me a new one, unpacked it and tested it in the store (cartridges were wrapped this time) and it worked perfectly. I also purchased Staples service and technology upgrade plan. Not only am I covered for repairs but this will allow me to upgrade my OKI 3200 over the next few years and I receive full purchase-price credit toward a newer OKI printer. Nice deal!
