Cons in 5000 pages I have replaced all the drums 3 times (12 drums)
Summary Oki goes thru the motion of trying to fix problem saying every thing else is wrong but the actual problem. They replaced the unit with one that was in beat up condition and took 5 minutes to calibrate the system (this causes the drums to go bad(I think they do this to make you buy high priced poor quality items))
