Summary: I bought this printer for my advertising business not expecting to print pictures but expecting to print sell sheets and design approvals. For the sell sheets, the printer is excellent, especially when the colors printed are solid. The printer fell short on printing images (not complex ones). Pictures showed too many pixels and were rough around the edges. These images were printed from a web page, so they weren't high-quality and we tried just about every printer setting. I've been told by a Xerox guy that this printer is better than most color lasers, so I'll probably look to one of the HP's for graphics printing, and keep this one for sell sheets. I gave this printer an 8 because the images should be printed better. Another excellent printer to consider is the Xerox 8500 solid ink printer.
