Pros: Great price for a laser. Much more economical than ink jet.
Cons: I've had two and they both broke after 13-14 months. It was out of warranty and cheaper to buy a new one. The toner costs alot. My next laser will be an HP.

Cons: Plastic case is too fragile, the locking tabs for the output hopper tray easily breaks (I saw many display models with this broken so it must not be just me)
