Pros: Nice Quality Black Ink Print Jobs, Ease of replacing Ink Cartridges
Cons: High Maintenance. If one of the color ink cartridges is empty and it will not even print a Black Ink job. Small print jobs only

Pros: Fair print quality and speed.
Cons: Imaging unit failure. Requires a separate line because it draws a lot of current. Perhaps the worst customer service possible. So bad its a work of art.
