Cons Paper tray sticks out of footprint 3 inches, so while small, the printer footprint is not as advertised. Minimal documentation. Auto duplex option would be nice. Less expensive print cartridges would be nice: costs similar to other laser copiers. on by kgloffice | Read full review

Cons Reliability: after printing about 50 fully colored pages the printer breaks down.

Cons The smell ... this printer emits a *strong* burnt crayon smell after printing 2-3 color pages. In a small home office like mine -- its unacceptable,. Also, it has LCDs instead of LCD screen. The paper tray is about as flimsy as I've seen. on by natbr | Read full review

Cons None as of yet because I'm a new user. I do hope the quality continues to be good and that the toner costs don't get out of hand. on by uglo | Read full review

Cons It's a bit bulky. There are complaints about time to warm up, but since we either print from downstairs or upstairs, by the time we walk to the printer, it's not an issue. It's also a bit noisy, but again, low use = no problem. on by luigimerrion | Read full review

Cons Breaks down easily, doesn't handle card stock (repeated paper jams), tech support is worthless. Mine broke down after 4 months, Samsung sent a beat-up refurbished unit which broke down after 1 month, two trips to the repair shop accomplished nothing. I w on by caribconsult | Read full review
