Cons Reliability: after printing about 50 fully colored pages the printer breaks down.

Cons Breaks down easily, doesn't handle card stock (repeated paper jams), tech support is worthless. Mine broke down after 4 months, Samsung sent a beat-up refurbished unit which broke down after 1 month, two trips to the repair shop accomplished nothing.
