Pros: At two years old, ours is 6-12 months older than previous deceased printers. Good B&W copies, fast, quiet, plays nicely on Mac network. Requires fairly rare reboot it when network can't find it, otherwise reliable--in our experience that's great.
Cons: Some features don't work with Macs--i.e., can't choose bypass tray from computer, must physically bypass slot, which holds very few. Once an obscure error message turned out to be low toner--no way to tell except tech's suggestion.
Summary: Overall, it's been a good, affordable laser printer for day-to-day B&W use. Fast & fairly quiet, it's lasted longer than previous mono lasers in this price range, and we're hoping that continues.
