"Works great for our small business" By shallingz28

Pros: Good looking color print-outs; pretty fast; never a single problem over the past 13 months.

Cons: A little pricey; cartridges are expensive.

Summary: I like this printer for the ease in set-up and overall reliability. Yes, the color print-outs could look better, but they look very good and present well. I would buy it again if I needed another one.

"Do not buy this printer, mine died in 15 months." By craigthac

Pros: nice while it lasted.

Cons: The printer quit working and displayed an error message. Called Xerox they said sorry main board is probably shot, $325 for new one plus installation. Printer isn't worth it.

Summary: Do not trust this printer, mine died after 15 months of light use at home.

Which printer is right for me?

Laptop Finder

Choosing the right printer can be a daunting task. There are several different types of printing technology to choose from, each suited for different needs. Printers come in all shapes and sizes, from tiny travel companions to workgroup workhorses; some are geared toward photographers, others are for multitaskers. And the many specifications for resolution and speed can be misleading. As a rule of thumb, inkjet printers are a must for long-lasting photos, while laser printers are best to produce speedy text documents.

We've compiled a handful of typical user experiences that should help outline what type of printer is right for you. Chances are, you'll fall somewhere in between two or more of these archetypes, so carefully consider what you'll be using your new printer for.
