Summary: Solid ink is like a crayon. No matter what paper stock I tried, the images can flake off in use.

Pros: Good print speed, output, networking and duplex.
Cons: You can break the printer just installing the imaging unit. It will appear to be seated, but when you close the printer up, you get a "install or reseat imaging unit message."- end result being a very expensive repair. Talking to tech support reveals th

Pros: The perfect balance of speed and graphic quality results in presentations being printed quickly.
Cons: Forget about printing digital camera pics! anything beyond
Summary: The $300+ toner cartredges and $400+ imaging unit are interchangable with other networked printers and seriously easy to change out; making theft of full toner cartridges and imaging units a nusance.

Pros: Interfaces well with both the Mac & Windows worlds. Reasonable speed, with many of built-in features (e.g. Duplex). Low cost per page.
Cons: Poor reliability. High cost of replacement cartridges. Extremely high cost of service contract.
