"network fails / no manual / horrendous "support""
Pros: looked nice enough
Cons: doesn't work / xerox passing the buck
Summary: Xerox claims to offer free support. When the printer failed to respond to even a basic ping, and reinstalling the driver (predictably) accomplished nothing, they tried to blame my modem or wireless router. The exact same setup had two weeks earlier been successfully running an "unsupported" Xerox Phaser 6120 on my network. They wanted me to call the router company as if they would no anything about the Xerox printer. Pathetic. False security in the alleged support. I should blame myself, though, since the previous Xerox had also had issues, even needing (under warranty) replacement. Clearly an unreliable series of printers. Stick to HP or someone else more reliable.
