I recieved the monitor 01/06/2010. On February 18th I turn on the computer and I find an annoying white horizontal line going rght across the middle of the screen. I called Support they said to return the unit & we will repair it and send it back to you in 7 days. I didn't think beforehand to read the warrantee & neither did I think to keep my 10 year old monitor in case this new one failed. That is my fault. The least they could have done was to replace it with a new one or, cover the shipping to them. It didn't even make itfor 45 days! I will never purchase an Acer Product again.
