"Keep away if you want High Definition!"
Pros: it's cheap
Cons: it's too cheap!
Summary: I bought this to use with DirecTv High Definition (HDMI to DVI-I cable.) The pic would appear momentarily then go black... about every 5 seconds it would flicker. Finally got an answer that they needed to do a "software upgrade". Sent the monitor to Calif. (gone 12 days) Got it back and there was a "tech report".. Installed sw upgrade.. Tested OK.. Plugged in.. Same Problem. Finally got someone AGAIN in tech support. They "forgot to do the hardware upgrade". They agreed to pull one from stock, do both upgrades, TEST and send to me along with an RMA for the original monitor. Got it back. NOW does high definition ok, but if the receiver is turned off the monitor either goes into permanent "sleep mode" (no signal detected) that will NOT refresh when the receiver is turned back on OR it just stays on (green vs. amber light). Have now tried for a week to get an acknowledgement from AOC/Envision... have recieved "read notices" from 2 emails but NO REPLY. It doesn't work the way it should and I'm not happy! Have tried to be nice about it until now. Wasted 2 months with them. It's return time.

this is a freaking computer monitor, not a TV. If you wanted HDTV, you should have bought a TV set.
