LAS VEGAS--The Asus PA249Q Pro Art monitor made its professional debut at CES 2013. The 24-inch monitor has a 1,920x1,200-pixel IPS display with a 16:10 aspect ratio and is geared toward customers who need a professional grade monitor.

The PA249Q monitor is precalibrated to the highest accuracy of any screen in its category. The monitor also features 100 percent Adobe RGB color reproduction and customizable color adjustment options.

The monitor continues its focus on precise reproduction with its Asus QuickFit Virtual Scale. The feature displays images and documents in their actual size on-screen for what Asus calls "what you see is what you get" accuracy. The PA249Q also has four USB 3.0 ports for optimal fast connection between multiple devices.

The Asus PA249Q Pro Art will be available from March 2013 but pricing information has not been announced. Look forward to a full review from CNET once the monitor is released.
