  • ""In Stock", yet "In Production"!?! Only DELL Knows..."

    Pros: Looks, Reads Well. Shipping and Delivery Highly Questionable...

    Cons: DELL website continually offers item as "in stock". Yet, upon ordering,
    one learns the product is "in production". Shipping delivery date (no exact
    shipping date) has been changed thrice, and awaiting still a status other
    than "in production"!!!!!

    Summary: DELL Customer Service Telephone Call Center Operations and 'Customer
    Care' ARE dysfunctional.
