"Some of it works." on by BobDoodles
Pros: VGA hookup was easy. Nice wide display, text is clear.
Cons: DVI connection does not work out of the box. Tried to get technical service but you need a service tag. The monitor didn't come with one. You can't do anything without a service tag.
The VGA display is kinda washed out.Summary: Not a happy customer. Customer service is non-existent. It only partially works.

"Great monitor, questionable service" on by KeithRich
Pros: The monitor is great. Very pleased with the purchase and the price.
Cons: A little frustrating when two showed up at the door. After spending time on the phone, I convinced them that they had sent a duplicate. It took a while to get them to understand that I had two monitors in possession and paid for only one. They finally iss
Summary: I am very please with the monitor and will keep it.

"Sorry service - got my fifth notice of delivery delay." on by wedduke
Pros: Looks good - sounds good - got the impression they would ship immediately.
Cons: The would not accept the CNET advertised $199.95 price for the 21.5" model - even when contacted by phone. No stated reason for multiple rescheduling of delivery date - just a report of cancelation of the order without prompt acceptance of the new date.
Summary: Without receipt of the item - due to multiple delivery date extensions without mention of the cause - I'm left with the option of commenting on service short comings. When I contacted Dell by phone, they knew nothing about CNET special pricing and could not transfer me to one who would. The experience produces concern about after sale support. It's as if Dell is out to promote Apple Or Samsung products.
