Cons: On phone with Dell 4 timnes, each time spoke with 4-6 people and nobody knows what I am talking about even when you tell them you have no power cord.
Summary: Do not buy this monitor.

So you called Dell 4 times for a power cord? And this is how you review a product? Unfortunately the rules prohibit me from calling you a moron.

power cord is not given due to gaurantee problems with production companies. most top branding companies like Dell, HP do not provide power cables as there are chances of use of low quality cables by production companies. HP also do not provide power cables.
Friend I understand your problem but could you please update your rating so that other users wont have any problem in selecting this nice monitor. This is really good monitor.

Your rating does not reflect the quality of the monitor, but rather the quality of Dell service and support. It would have been more reasonable to wait until you got the adapter, use the monitor, and tell us about it while mentioning your bad experience. There is no reason to drag down a product's rating because of this.
