Summary: We purchased this in late November. We called Dell in late December, just 2 days after their 30 day return policy to let them know that the remote went bad and that the monitor keeps powering off. After troubleshooting they found it to be defective and mentioned that this particular monitor has had a lot of problems but told me that I HAVE TO PAY TO GET IT FIXED!!! Their so called service is somewhere in India and the rep actually cursed at me and called me a stupid American. I tried calling Dell directly here in America and they did NOTHING!! So here I am with a $700 monitor from Dell that’s only a month old that doesn’t work.
