Dell UltraSharp U2410

Pros: Good reputation. Lot's of bells and whistles. Ergonomic design, sturdy.

Cons: Severe color issues - see bottom line.

Summary: I have the older version (5+years) of this monitor that is an excellent quality that I use at work. I bought another one for home just a few weeks ago hoping it would be the same. As some people already pointed out - there is no solid color on this monitor - turn your background white, or gray and you will see that there is a slight gradient from green/blue to orange running left to right. Shame on you DELL for shipping this product as if you don't know the issue exists - should not your QA notice something that obvious? I am returning mine.

Don't buy now (11/2010) and wait until reviews about bad color drop or DELL informs on it's site that "mistakes have been made". I don't think I'd buy another dell monitor - seems they went too far on the road of cost cutting.
