"do not buy this product"
Summary: We are now on our third monitor. The first was fine for a month until a weird clicking sound developed in the speakers. They offered to send us a new one and allowed us to keep the old one until the new one arrived. So, the service was great. However, when the second one arrived, the TV tuner was defective and could only pick up 1/3 of the available channels. So, another call to Envison. Again they were very cool and sent out a third monitor while we still had the first two. So, now we're still using number one, while waiting for number three. Suddenly, number one develops a blurry zone on the left 1/3 of the screen area. It was like we needed reading glasses for a strip of the screen about 3 inches wide running from the top to the bottom. HEadache!! Number three arrives and we're thinking "great." But, as soon as we get it out of the box, we immediately see a ding in the screen and several black pixels in the upper right 1/4 of the screen. And, the TV tuner isn't working. So now all three are going back. This is a great company with really good service (so far) but they really need some serious quality control help before this monitor is ready to roll.
