Overall this is a very nice screen and an encouragable buy for this price. I have had this screen for about a year now and I use it nearly every day for quite a while. I have had no problems at all with this screen, it performs well and is extremely responsive. I have played a few games on it and while it did not deliver bleeding-edge graphics and stunning displays, the display was reasonably nice and it was noticably better than my old rear-projection. If you have the money and need a state-of-the-art, awe-inspiring display this is not the screen for you, keep shopping. If you are looking for a good priced, everyday use(e-mail, the occasional movie, surfing the net, etc.), reliable monitor than definately consider this one for you. I was not dissapointed. -

"big disappointment" on by sailingforever
Pros: rebate offer
Cons: customer service insulting
Summary: New monitor was a defective product and I needed to exchange it. Could not get old monitor to work on CPU and was told it suddenly quit. Plugged it into another CPU and old monitor worked. Their soft ware blocked use of another monitor. Tried to change settings, etc. but still had difficulty. After that I bought a Norwood and returned the Envision.
