"Bad LCD Screen" on by dkimel
Pros: Nice size for the price($150.00 during a black friday sale). Looks good on the desk. Built in speakers.
Cons: Dark. Started getting horizontal lines all over the screen right after the warranty expired. Not bad when surfing the net, but terrible when viewing pictures.
Summary: If it starts malfuntioning after a year I cannot recommend as a reliable product.

"Great until it dies less than a year later." on by thepixelator
Pros: Above average color and clarity for the price
Cons: Atrocious reliability
Summary: Got this about 8 months ago, connected it to my Dell XPS and used it for gaming and graphics. At night the PC went to suspend mode, so the monitor wasn't on 24/7. Yesterday it just blew. Image flickers for a few seconds and goes black. Now I have to ship it back (at my cost) to Envision. Envision RMA process doesn't allow for return postage. I got a poorly worded email from South America to my query that implied I had it connected wrong, or that my laptop was somehow at fault. Too bad, because otherwise this was a good deal.

Summary: Excellent value for the money.

"Not for movies or games" on by jgilliam1955
Pros: Good for office work
Cons: To dark of a picture
Summary: I bought this for $240 thinking I was getting a good deal in the spring of 07. Notice right away it wasn't pleasent watching movies on or playing games. The colors are not to bright. Everything to dark. If all you do is office work it is ok. I even bought a new video card last week & it did not help.
I am buying a different brand 22" for Xmas because I just can't stand it anymore.
