"Tried three of these monitors. All has bad problems."
Pros: Beautiful large screen
Cons: Bought three in a row. The first tow had side tough buttons that didn't work. The third had bright flashing pixels.
Summary: Bought one of these from a very reputable brick and mortar place. The side control touch pad buttons did not work. Exchanged it for another. Same problem with the second. Returned that, and because of the wonderful screen, got a third from another vendor. That one had a line of flashing pixels at the bottom of any window I opened.On each call to Gateway Customer service, they could only suggest sending it in for repair. Instead, I simply returned the last one to the vendor for a seocnd refund.Despite the beautiful screen, there is obviously a quality control issue at Gateway with this monitor. It's a shame there is no other one out there with the same good reviews. One lemon I can understand...not two more in a row.
