"Don't buy Gateway"
Pros: Nice things said about them.
Cons: NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Summary: Although the editors say nice things about Gateway monitors, before you buy one consider this: THERE IS NO AFTER THE SALE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Getting through to Gateway is a hellish experience at best. And God help you if your monitor goes just past the warranty. The best they can tell you is to buy a new one. I will never buy another Gateway again. In this economy, you'd think customer service would be priority to any company wanting to stay in business. I work retail and I know this first hand.
