The Bottom Line	Suitable for the home or the office, the L1925 is a reasonably priced LCD that doesn't skimp on features or image quality.		Dell's 1901FP is elegantly designed, highly adjustable, and affordably priced. Only those who need superprecise image quality should look elsewhere.	The HP L1940 is an average-priced 19-inch LCD with decent image quality and so much adjustability that it's a tad unstable.	With good performance, a stylish design, and all the flexibility we could ask for in a monitor, the Dell UltraSharp 1907FP is one of the few entries in the budget display category that we highly recommend.
