    "Poor customer service"

    Pros: Fantastic picture. Accurate color

    Cons: Replacement CD not available

    Summary: As received in Jan 06. The Supplied CD with Drivers, Pivot Program, Manuals and Suplamental data was defective. HP would not replacd the CD. Pivot pro sent me a link to download the full Program. I had to download the drivers and manual. I feel this is poor customer svc. I wonder what will happen if the dislpay fails to operate. They tell me to buy a repair kit or better still, toss it and buy a new one ?
