"China has turned the IBM brand into crap"
Pros: No pros here.
Cons: bad design, no cable management system, color quality is bad
Summary: Ever since mainland china took over the IBM brand, it has been crap. I have recently purchased this product along with the thinkpad T60, both are crap. I used to use IBM a lot and I have always been impressed with them, but I got to say, since they turned into lenovo, the cheapness of mainland chinese start to show. there used to be quite a bit of goodie features, that are no non-existence here. Just to give you an example, the thinkpad T42 used to have all sorts of ports for printer, monitor, etc. connection, but now there is none. Don't buy china crap, boycott them.

Frankma, you need to get a clue. First off, the reason the T-60 doesn't have the ports is because Lenovo wants you to purchase the docking station. Second, Lenovo mainland China legacy is in low cost desktop offerings, not laptops. The ThinkPad brand is managed exclusively in the US with no input from China.
Just a question, where do you think 99% of all electronic devices are designed and manufactured? That's right, China. Boycott China products means boycott anything electronic. Get a clue!
