Not widescreen, which would make it Worse as the height would decrease though width would increase!Summary Old work monitor still used, typical at most companies who refuse to upgrade their computer components esp. LCDs (considering the number of employees... still, it's a tax deduction for them)!

Cons Washed out look
Summary I just bought a NEC 1770NX, (I don't know what the differnce is between the 1770NX and the 1770VX) but I can't recommend it.
The upper left hand corner is dark,and the lower right hand corner is light.This makes it difficult to adjust properly.The blacks are not really black. this is strange because at work I have a 1760VX and it is fine. I also have at work an nec 1980SXi and it is great.
