Cons worked for 11 months and then died; customer service stinks
Summary Up to the time the screen was working I was a happy camper. But, the screen died and I have been tryiung for 7 weeks to get customer service to send me a replacement. They were to send me a refurbished unit and I was to send back my unit. The warantee says new or used replacement. I told them that and the new unit is only if you just got the unit. MISLEADING WARANTEE! Still no replacement unit...hello, is there any sign of customer service up there???
