Pros Support was excellent, was sent a unit (by Dell) with a couple of bad pixels, called Planar, they give me NO hassle at all, sent another monitor next day with a prepaid return label and that was it. Second one is PERFECT.
Cons NONE (and I game a LOT)
Pros This was an upgrade for an existing PC and performed marvelously out of the box. It was lighter and only slightly larger than the 17" flat panel I swapped out. It pivots and moves with ease. The display is bright and contrasty at factory settings.
Cons It's pricey and I haven't figured out how to get it to work in portrait mode.
