"Fantastic Picture and Support!" on
Pros: Support was excellent, was sent a unit (by Dell) with a couple of bad pixels, called Planar, they give me NO hassle at all, sent another monitor next day with a prepaid return label and that was it. Second one is PERFECT.
Cons: NONE (and I game a LOT)

"plug and play - fine product" on
Pros: This was an upgrade for an existing PC and performed marvelously out of the box. It was lighter and only slightly larger than the 17" flat panel I swapped out. It pivots and moves with ease. The display is bright and contrasty at factory settings.
Cons: It's pricey and I haven't figured out how to get it to work in portrait mode.

Pros: Amazingly bright LCD, I end up scale the contrast and brightness down to less than 10%. But hey I am glad I know it has the capability to be really bright. Sharp text and superior color. Even very good for photo editing. Make sure you use the DVI input,
