Planar's VitalScreen VS15XAD high-resolution flat-panel monitor is up to the task. With IEC601-1 medical approvals, the monitor can be safely used in a variety of scenarios including vital sign monitoring, bedside administration and critical medical procedures. Extremely durable construction makes the VitalScreen a logical choice for demanding hospital and clinic environments. Outside, the same plastics used in football helmets stand up to bumps and liquids - including hospital grade disinfectants. The monitor also features an acrylic overlay so that the display won't break if the screen is ever dropped or hit. VitalScreen's 15-inch active matrix liquid crystal display not only looks good, it's easy to use, with full plug-and-play compatibility and an optional resistive touch screen that works just as well with bare or gloved hands. At 5kg and only 87mm thick, the VitalScreen takes up much less space than conventional monitors and can be used wall mounted, on a desktop or rolling stand. This monitor comes with a universal mounting plate.
