"Beautiful pic,extra lousy support."
Pros: The image is georgeous. Tilt/swivel is good feature. Also, it does look good.
Cons: Terrible, incompetent support. The worst I have ever encountered. Kept monitor for repair 5 mos! Also, base just fractured on its own (probably mishandled during repair). I bought a $300 stand rather than deal with PGS again

"Awsome Picture Clarity In A Neat Package"
Pros: Picture clarity on this monitor is nothing short of amazing. I have had mine for over a year now, and it is as bright and crisp as the day I bought it. Since I have never needed technical support, I can't speak to its quality, but I do sympathize with t
Cons: I resolution higher than 1280x1024 using the DVI interface would have been nice, and the speakers totally and completely suck, did i say they suck? Let me say it again, they suck.

Pros: Like the monitor, but it is expensive and the features are not great.
Cons: Dealing with Princeton Support staff is the worst experience I ever had. It took over 6 months for them replace my bad monitor. If you buy a monitor for them, pray that it does not malfunction, otherwise be ready to WAIT. I will never buy another monitor
