Pros: Great size for multitasking documents. Bright screen and contrast.
Cons: Control software and buttons are impossible to work. Make sure you have the most updated driver for your video card to avoid fuzzy display. Save your stamp with the rebate; they "cancel" the offer without giving you a reason.
Summary: Acceptable monitor with great size and brightness and contrast. Horrible control software and buttons. Forgett he rebate; they "cancel" the offer and don't bother telling you until you call asking about the status of the rebate.

Pros: Looks good and has nice specs
Cons: isn't hight adjustable, only tilt or swivel
Summary: This is an upgrade to SAMSUNG's 226BW best seller.
One thing to notice is that lately monitors specs are artificially increasing, for example: the 8000:1 ratio is the dynamic contrast and the monitor's true contrast is 1000:1. Another example: the 2MS is GTG, meaning gray to gray, and the true response time is 5MS. -

Summary: Its an awesome Monitor for the price, I upgraded from a 15 CRT.
Some people complain about the transparent piece on the bottom that supposedly is an accent for where the contrast/color/horiz/vert. buttons are. If its to complicated for you, Then you should probably take your PC in to Best buy and have them explain it to you. for $45 dollars LoL -

Pros: Colors are vibrant, blacks are nice and deep no dead pixels at all. Game play is great as is watching movies (no blurring at all)
Cons: None to this point
Summary: This is my 4th Samsung LCD monitor. For price, features AND reliability you can't beat Samsung.
You won't be disappionted with this monitor.....this is another WINNER from Samsung
