"Solid Performance for the Price with VESA 100mm Mounts" on by BradleyAV8R

    Pros: VESA Mounts which T220HD - T260HD don't have
Tuner and TV work great. Did a good job of grabbing HD channels.
It has speakers for quick TV use and as center channel for computer.
Monitor seems good too. Changeable Modes for Gaming to Internet helps

    Cons: Lightweight Stand
Speakers are a bit tinny sounding
    No USB Hub

Summary: I had been holding off on the T220HD or T240HD and looking at a traditional HDCP compliant HD Monitor because of complaints about the stand, its adjustability and off axis viewing issues caused by the fixed stand. VESA mounts solved it for me as I had a great stand from the Gateway which I was replacing after it failed. So all in all it was a great set of features and flexibility for the money. Also I liked that its native resolution was 1080 instead of 1200 as I did plan on using the HD capability and that means the material will run at its native resolution.

"Excellent versatility and quality" on by lee3022

Pros: Video tuner and HDTV performance is outstanding. This is not just a monitor but functions well as both monitor and TV, switching between the input channels quickly and easily.

The VESA 100 mount on an ergotron arm allows viewing distances to suit.

Cons: Samsung uses the same remote code as its DLP series TV's. In the same room they will sync off each other with one control changing both sets if both are on.

Headset jack (side mount) is hard to see and connect.

Summary: Dual functions (TV & Monitor) provide excellent features for the price.

Quality construction and solid feel and look. Excellent picture for monitor and HDTV.

VESA mounted on arm allows excellent adjustment to optimal viewing at all times.

Samsung is a manufacturer of excellent reputation. We have owned numerous Samsung products with zero complaints.

Very good connectivity with HDMI and DVI inputs and SPDIF output.

"Unbelievable value for the money!" on by tander59

    Pros: Dual Purpose, TV/Monitor.
    Many ways to customize.
Great quality picture both on TV and Monitor.

Cons: Speakers could be better quality.

Summary: Tried both LG and Handspring 23" monitors for my Toshiba Laptop. returned them boyh for this TV/Monitor. The monitor has better picture quality than the LG or Handspring and the TV picture quality is awsome also. For $249.00 at office Max you just can't beat it!
