Pros Sharp, clear image

Cons Can't adjust contrast

Summary I, too had to turn down the brightness a bit on this monitor. I do alot of photo editing and this monitor serves the purpose well.

I don't think the lack of vertical adjustment is a big deal. The angle adjustment is almost limitless.

Build quality seems quite high.

I'm using the 930B with a eVGA GeForce fx5700 Ultra display adapter with a digital hookup.

One complaint is that the 930B DOES NOT come with a DVI cable so be prepared to spend about $50USD to get one if want to go digital.

One nice feature is that the power supply is built in so you don't have another brick lying around.

Beautiful, crisp text and rich colors with an 8ms response time and DVI capable; what more could you want?

Cons not widescreen

Summary If your not one who cares about widescreen, this monitor is flawless. Great response time, excellent color, crystal clear tft lcd, great price for flawless monitor. whether playing games, surfing the net, web design or anything else for that matter if 1280x1024 resolution is good for you (as it should be) than there is no reason at all to not own this monitor. Samsung has really impressed me on this.

Summary The "expert" reviewer is totally wrong when it comes to this monitor. She focuses totally on the physical aspects of the moniter and seems really bothered that it isn't super adjustable. This monitor has a super fast response time and is perfect for gamers, not just for office use.

Summary I don't know where CNET got its info from but this monitor is flawless. In fact, I went and bought another one. The picture, color, contrast, speed and quality shine in these monitors. CNET is so wrong! Shame on you!
