Cons Cheap. The backlighting failed within a month. Service department (Online Chat, Web Service Request, Phone) gave confilcting answers. Disappointed in both the product and the support.

Summary All in All its just a monitor, it works great and i have no problems. As for the guy who had to replace his monitor, well make sure u buy ur products from reputable sources. Online buying can be a b****, which is why ppl should actually walk in store to buy things.
