"Samsung stuff is a mostly great, but the service isn't."

Cons: Service took forever on the phone, and 3 days to get a shipping label. Four weeks to get it back in the same box I'd sent in -and it comes back DEAD. So now repeat above. Did they check the power supply? I really expected better than this.
Summary: I own two Samsung TVs, two monitors, and was seriously looking at their smartphones. But, knowing there is no real service to count on makes them a lot less of a BARGAIN than they seemed. At least when you pay for something quality from a trusted company, you only cry once -- when you pay for it. Samsung will make you cry over and over again.
