"Poor quality washes away fine details and hurts my eyes"
on by Techno_MattPros It's cheap
Cons It's cheap
The brightness and contrast settings leave you with a monitor that's too dark to utilize, or you lose details like lines in excel or shading
Not a very sharp imageSummary My company started using these to deploy to the clinic as their standard monitor. They went from using Dells and NEC's to this monitor and it's a big step down. On top of the lack of clarity on the monitor, it has a weird refresh thing where the screen gets fuzzy and wavy from time to time. This is not an issue on my other monitor mounted next to this one. I would avoid this one and spend the extra cash to get a Dell.

"Great/Suberb for $159"
on by fl1180Pros It's just as good and bigger than my other monitor which I paid $100 dollars more for... (my other monitor is a highly resp0ectable name brand 23)
Cons None besides the fact View Sonic calls this a "value" series monitor. It is quite the value, but the category "value" connetates inferior quality to me...
This monitor is at par with what other brands/companies call mainstreamSummary Great monitor and a perfect example of how the "green" and "recycling" taxes are killing california. I could have bought this monitor for the same price locally in silicon valley but had to get it from out of state to save myself $20-$25 worth of receycling fees.
