The Bottom Line	The ViewSonic VG2021m is a great basic LCD for everyday use, but be warned that it offers fewer pixels than its 20-inch competitors.	The Samsung SyncMaster 204B can handle productivity and entertainment tasks, but there are less expensive alternatives that offer comparable image quality and superior features.	The Samsung SyncMaster XL2370 looks great, performs well, and hits the right price point.	The Dell E207WFP's low price makes it a worthwhile budget LCD contender, as long as you don't need high performance or extra features.
