"Customer service is horrendous"
Pros: Convenience. I registered the domain with them found it easier to host than to transfer.

Pros: Nice web interface for account management.
Cons: Poor customer support. Expensive. Dog slow servers (at least shared). Lack of session variable maintenance. Slow database. Long issue resolution. In fact, NEVER has an issue been resolved, although they ALWAYS say it has.
