GREAT Using Mac OS 10.4.2

Pros: Does everything you ask of it Mac user OS 10.4.2

Cons: Could have a greater range.

Review: Before buying the BenQ M310 I called BenQ as I had read a review from your site previously. They said we will mail you the necessary USB plug in to work on a Mac OS.
Well within 2 days I received the device and it works GREAT
Range about 4ft.

A very convenient little mouse

Pros: Compact, brilliant design

Cons: Some glitches with the software

Review: This mouse should not be your first choice as a primary. However if you want a mouse that you can tuck in your bag to use occasionally- its great.

Occasionally the mouse has trouble connecting, or ?stalls? in use- but overall it is adequate and very convenient.

nice little mouse for general use

Pros: design, works on any surface

Cons: short battery life, lag when coming from sleep mode

Review: I bought this mouse for my laptop because of its looks and discount price. The mouse works well and it needs no mouse pad. I noticed a lag when the mouse switches from sleep to active mode. The battery life is very poor as the mouse needed new set of batteries only after 2 weeks.

Great mouse for traveling

Pros: Size, USB connector storage, auto on-off power

Cons: "Back storage door" remains open periodically

Review: I was looking for a mouse to use when I use my laptop for long periods of time. The BENQ M310 is the perfect size and has a great USB connector storage system. I never have to look for the connector. Another great feature is the auto on-off of the mouse. This really helps save the batteries. The mouse turns off automatically when the USB connector is inserted into the back of the mouse.

The only thing I would improve on this product is the distance in which it can be used from the computer (currently only 4-5 ft). I would like to see a more robust version that allows 10-15 feet.

Sexy, handy,cool

Pros: Quality and design

Cons: Sorry, can't find them

Review: Great mouse. Very good quality plastics are really nice to touch. It really doesn't feel cheap. Mouse is small what makes it a good traveller companion. Of course it's not as comfortable as desktop mouse, but good enough to work for hours. Batteries last for weeks, works with linux and is not that expensive. And it comes with dedicated, fashion bag, what makes it even more feeling like a jewelry rather than gadget.

BenQ M301 on an iBook G4 using Tiger

Pros: I loved the feel of it

Cons: Doesn't work

Review: Unfortunately this mouse does not work on a G4 iBook or G3 iMac using Tiger. It's a beautiful little mouse but does all kinds of weird things.
Support at BenQ confirm problems with Tiger and are working on some sort of fix but not ready yet

Super Little Mouse

Pros: Small, easy to install & use - works well

Cons: Hard to get the cover off to change batteries

Review: A-plus for design where the USB wireless adapter stores inside the mouse, turning it off. Works on most surfaces. Battery life not bad, but a good idea to carry some spare AAAs with you if you're on the road and as with any battery device, a good idea to invest in some 15-minute rechargeables. Price continues to come down too.

Good mouse for the money

Pros: very small and lightweight, usb receiver fits into the mouse for portability, good performance...

Cons: mouse seems to "lock up" after a few seconds of idleness and the battery cover seems a little flimsy

Review: overall, this mouse is a good buy for the money and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to buy a portable wireless mouse for an nice price...

Design should win an award......but software is poor.

Pros: Design, performance, size.

Cons: Software functionality.

Review: Great portable mouse...great looks...but the generic optical mouse software doesn't support "browser back" functionality. With better software, my rating would be a 9.

hidden benefit - reduced fatigue

Pros: small, light, and sensitive enough to be controlled by fingers only, with heel of hand resting on table. I'm rid of chronic mouse induced shoulder pain!

Cons: battery life isn't great for rechargable NiCd or NiMH batteries. suspect their 1.2V nature makes them look pre-discharged.

Great Little Mouse

Pros: Excellent design, easy to use and never had any problems. I don't have to worry about losing the receiver since it's stored within the device. It also turns off the mouse when inserted conserving battery life.

Cons: A better travel case would have been nice. Also, I don't care for how delicate the Battery compartment feels.

Too Cool

Pros: I had just bought my wife a 14? iBook (no BT) and was looking for the ?perfect? mouse. Came across a review by Dan Frakes in Mac World and saw that it was just what I was looking for. I ordered it on line for about $30. It came while I was out on the r

Battery issue?

Pros:

Cons: After a month of use, the battery seems to be gone already. Either that or it is turning off by itself. I've never dropped it or anything so can't blame it on that. Put in new batteries and then 2 days later, same issue where it just doesn't light up.

Nice featured small mouse.

Pros: Transceiver stores in mouse so you don't lose it. Compact design with soft carry case. Good feel.

Compact, and stylish notebook mouse

Pros: Black one has a comfortable rubberized grip. Has nice power saving features such as auto power off or manual power off. Unique way of storing the USB adapter within the mouse. Nice and small for carrying it around with an included BenQ pouch. Amazing

Cons: May be too small for some. Took me some time to get used to as my hand felt cramped at first.

Problems with pointer accuracy

Pros: - Small and portable - Transmitter storage inside the body of the mouse is neat - Good aesthetic qualities

Cons: - There seems to be a problem with the pointer jumping and not tracking right over many surfaces. I compared two unit samples against other notebook mice from Logitech and Microsoft - The quality of the materials pales compared to the competition. Shodd

Great quality, excellent function

Pros: Style, portability, tracking, battery life, features (3 buttons and a wheel), feel in hand

Cons: No hard carrying case (I'm concerned throwing into my laptop bag)

Cool, well built, intelligent receiver storage

Pros: The receiver stores neatly in the mouse powering it off. It's a nice, well designed object, is very responsive. For being a wireless laptop mouse (hence small) has a good ergonomics.

Cons: All wireless laptop mice are small. Is the price you pay for taking them around in an already overstuffed laptop bag. This may make them uncomfortable to use for people with big hands.
